I thought gout was some 19th century vitamin deficiency disease. But no, I have Gout..in my toe…and it HURTS.

I noticed this bump in my toe about a week ago. I thought it was strange but it didn’t hurt and I was still able to run…so I didn’t really worry about it. Then on Sunday night, I woke up in pain. My toe was killing me. And it has just gotten worse since Sunday. Now it is inflamed and it is starting to hurt worse and worse. And the worse part about all this….I can’t run. I sure hope this goes away soon.
