I have officially quit Diet Coke. I know how bad they are for me and I know I have to quit. I really, really want one right now…I don’t believe it’s the caffeine that I am addicted to. I believe that it’s the chemicals in the diet coke that I am addicted to. But anyway… maybe I am wrong and a coffee will help me   Are there support groups for former Diet Coke drinkers…..?
