Thank for Jane. Yes, it is a hard balancing act, work/working out/life,etc esp after working so many hours. Sometimes exercise can help calm the nerves.

Lena, Your training plan is most interesting to follow. The ups and downs of just being human, and having feelings, emotions do indeed influence how we work towards our goals.

My personal understanding of myself is that I find it exhausting, mentally, to get out and work out daily. BUT then, I am not certain why I can justify working hard in my profession daily, traveling all over the world for my job, to generate personal income and a sense of following my mission in life, and then, BAM. I come to a full STOP when it comes to finding the energy to work out. I am back at the hotel after a 10-12 hour day, sometimes 14 hour day, and I know I would feel better if I just walked 30 minutes or rode stationery bike, but I don't. I read, watch TV, fall dead to sleep and wake up at 2, 3, 4, 5, etc worrying about work.

I am not sure what you do with a foam roller, other than it looks like it might be just as much fun as a pillow fight now and then, but hey, tripping and falling, and stumbling, is all part of this crazy gravity in which we live:).

Take care and keep writing, and keep yourself moving forward. It's good for you, and ultimately your family and your life in general.

I have a subnet on wireless for guests and I want to limit their traffic to the internet (that is the only traffic they can do), I'd like to use my ASA to do this.

Do I have to create a nat from this subnet to an outside IP and apply this config to the outside IP ?
If I use the exissting IP I go out with, all the network would be affected, correct !?

Best of luck with your Ironman Race. I am looking forward to the day that i can run my first race. If you get to meet a man by the name of Leonard Kim, he is about 70+ years old and has run and successfully completed many Ironman races. He is a excellent athlete and is close to my personal coaches. If you tell him you know people from World Wide Group he would likely offer up and help and encouragement. Having done many long distance events while I was in the military I know that it's important to have friends when you are out in the tick of the race. I hope your tailbone heals well, I've busted up mine as a kid and remember very well how it was. YOU ARE GOING TO DO EXCELLENT! Though I don't know you--which by the way, thanks for your blog about bandwidth throttling--I am proud of you for taking the step into the Ironman competition and look up you in hopes that one day we will race together.

Hi Aunt Jane! Thank you for the post. I am sorry to hear about your accident. My tailbone hurt for 2 years after I gave birth to Parker. It hurt to even sit, like yours....This one is a bit different as I hit it a little bit higher, so it doesn't hurt to sit. But it is very painful when I run. The pain isn't that bad when I bike and swim at least. I know these injuries take a really long time to heal and it's so painful. I am not sure if mine is broken or not...The doc said either way it's the same treatment, just takes longer to heal if broken.
Right now, I am just waiting until I can stand the pain enough the run. The doctor also said you can't make it worse by exercising, it's just how much pain you can tolerate :). I am glad this happen now and not 2 weeks before the race!

Lena, My best wishes to you. I had a terrible accident on May 1, 1999 where I broke my coccyx. About to snorkel in Cancun, I was sliding off a wave runner in and impaled my tailbone as I slipped into the water. That single accident took about two years to recover and of course, there is no surgery or anything anyone can do. I sat on a "donut cushion" and carried it with me everytime I got on an airplane for two years..it was ridiculous. I still occasionally need that damn cushion:). Take care and recover. I no that you will be ready come 11/18/ 2012. Yours, Jane

Using a Canon S95. Nothing too elaborate but after shooting this I wish I had better image stabilization. I give video production credit to Apple. Just used iMovie to create these short clips.
