On Sunday, October 16th, Dylan, John, Kathy and I went to Long Beach to see David cross the finish line of his first Half Marathon. We all had no doubt that David would finish, but we had no idea how good he would look at the finish line. We saw him at mile 6 and we were amazed at his energy and his strength. He even gave us all high fives!! At mile 13 he looked like he could run another 13 miles. He was all smiles and looked like a million dollars (pictures to be posted soon)! He finished his first half marathon in 2:12:56!! We are SO PROUD of David for finishing his first Half Marathon!! Now, David is planning on conquering the Orange County full marathon!
We love you David!!! And we are all very proud of you. We can’t wait to see you cross that marathon finish line!
